Delilah is an integral part of the EFC Wealth Group family. She maintains the overall operations and client services for EFC WEALTH MANAGEMENT, EFC WEALTH GROUP, AND EFC INSURANCE AGENCY divisions. This is no simple task maintaining the day-to-day complexity of these three divisions. Her love for helping people and servant driven allows her to play an active role in making sure that each client is truly valued and has an “Elite Experience.” She is committed to building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. Delilah encourages the team to provide outstanding service and sincere dedication to the success of our clients. She also oversees the day-to-day activity of our operations team while maintaining an active role in building and maintaining the systems, processes, and keeping our team on track. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies, along with a CA Teaching Credential. She has also obtained her California Life Insurance Licenses and has over 15 years of experience in the training and development of individuals and teams. She is an accomplished speaker and Personal Development Coach. Delilah is the backbone of this firm. Together with her husband of 24 years, they have created a positive work environment that is both rewarding and fun for their employees.

Family always comes first. Every choice I make is always in service to the foundation that Delilah and I have built for ourselves and our children. We have put the time in to understand each family member’s love language so that each person feels heard and seen. I know that I’m fulfilling my role when my family understands that they are always my priority above all else. I truly believe you should learn to enjoy every precious moment you have with your family for tomorrow is not promised.

We can only truly become who we are when we first understand where we’re at. In recreating ourselves, the only way to become a new you is through personal development. We must cast aside all the old, which has brought us to where we are, and embrace the new so that we can become a better version of ourselves.
Inspiring Others
There is no greater feeling than inspiring people to make changes in their lives. Of all that I do, I love speaking the most. One of the best feelings in the world is to have a student you’ve inspired come back to you to share their wins. Perhaps you haven’t seen that person in a few years and they share that something you mentioned years ago became a turning point for them.
